DMRC to conduct online survey on its services

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is conducting a month-long 'Customer Satisfaction Survey' tomorrow onwards through its website to assess how its services can be improved.

The survey, which is a part of an international initiative by Railway and Transport Strategy Centre of Imperial College London in 24 metros across the world, will be conducted till May 21, a press note released by the DMRC said.

The questionnaire shall cover aspects like overall satisfaction, availability, accessibility, ease of use, information prior to and during travel, reliability, customer care, comfort, crowding, security etc and will be available on DMRC's website - www.delhimetrorail.com

"This international survey is being conducted by Railway and Transport Strategy Centre of Imperial College London which also coordinates working of CoMET and NOVA group. The survey will be conducted across 24 metros of the world.

"The questions will be objective type with multiple options so that the respondents can finish the questionnaires within three to five minutes. For reaching out to a larger target audience, the questionnaire will be available in both Hindi and English," the corporation said.
